QUESTIONS ABOUT THE HOTEL

Activities

The Veldensteiner Forest is not only a natural paradise, but also the perfect starting point for many discoveries. Whether impressive castles, winding old towns, or family-friendly leisure activities - there is much to experience in the surrounding area.

How to get here

The best way to reach us by car is via the A9 motorway and exit 46 Plech.

If you are arriving by train, the nearest station is in Neuhaus an der Pegnitz or Pegnitz. We will be happy to organize our in-house shuttle service (subject to availability) or order a taxi for you.

Deposit

A credit card guarantee or advance payment is not required.

Train station / Airport

The nearest train stations are located in Neuhaus an der Pegnitz and Pegnitz.
The nearest airport is in Nuremberg.

Accessibility

Our hotel is partially accessible but not completely barrier-free.
We are always happy to find individual solutions together with you – please feel free to contact us by phone.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 2:00 p.m. / Check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Electric cars

Charging of electric cars is available upon request, but only with a standard 230-volt connection.
Please let us know upon arrival or when making your reservation.

Breakfast times

Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Lost & found

If you have forgotten something, please contact the reception.

Pets

Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the hotel.

Massages

Our spa is open on weekends and by appointment with a selection of treatments.
A reservation is required.

Minibar

Each room is equipped with a minibar.
Please refer to the guest information in your room for prices.

Natural bathing pond: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Indoor pool: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Relaxation rooms: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Log cabin sauna: 2:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Indoor sauna: 2:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Aroma steam bath: 2:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Infrared cabin: 2:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Parking

Free parking spaces are available directly at the hotel.

Reception

The reception is staffed daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Shuttle service

We are happy to organize our in-house shuttle service (10 € per trip, subject to availability) or order a taxi for you.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
A written cancellation is required.

Payment options

Payment can be made in cash, by EC or credit card.
Please note that American Express is not accepted.

We are happy to accommodate allergies and intolerances communicated before arrival.
Requests made upon arrival may not be guaranteed.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our restaurant but not in the hotel area.
Please note that feeding dogs during the restaurant visit is not permitted.

Opening hours

Monday – closed (open for hotel guests only)
Tuesday to Sunday: 11:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Hot meals: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Reservations

We are happy to accept reservations by phone, e-mail, or via the inquiry form on our website.

Closing day

Monday is our closing day.
On this day, the restaurant is open exclusively for hotel guests.
